A consumer is phoned after requesting information about pursuing education. This information is generally a short-form lead that hasn’t chosen any specifics about schools or programs.

School Match

The call center representative follows the script and asks questions that identify programs aligned with the consumers interests. School matches are identified and the TCPA disclosure is presented.

Processing

Once a consumer has verbally accepted the TCPA disclosure, the data is submitted for processing. Our systems further verify the consumer responses to ensure the qualification for the chosen education programs.

Delivery

Lead delivery is real-time. The data for the inquiry is posted to the educational institution CRM along with any required call recordings. Call recordings are in a format acceptable for third-party transcription.

Contact & School Match

A consumer is contacted in the same manner as above in our edu data lead process, and matched to qualifying schools based on their interests. Upon identifying a matching school, the school specific TCPA disclosure is read and an opt-in is requested.

Warm Transfer Delivery

After confirming their TCPA opt-in on a recorded line, the consumer is asked to agree to be live transferred to the school providing the program that matches their interests. This process ensures the consumer can speak to the school representative immediately about enrolling.
